Kertchen law is the G.O.A.T! I had a rough child hood always got into trouble and even had a drug problem into my adulthood, which led to more crimes. I am now sober and have my life on track. The only thing that I wanted was to get my firearms rights restored so I can legally protect my family. From 12 time to getting my gun rights restored. Kertchen law made that possible!
Thank you all!

Vitality and his team didn't just handle my case, they supported me through it. They helped clear old convictions that no longer reflect who I am, and in doing so, gave me the chance to move forward without that weight holding me back.

From the start, they explained how the process works and what to expect, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. Any time I had questions, they were there with clear, helpful answers. I always felt respected and understood, and that meant a lot.

I'm deeply grateful for their help and for the important work they do for people who are working to turn the page and start fresh. Thank you.

SCOTUS Overturns Bump Stock Ban: What It Means (and What It Doesn’t)

This video is about the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Garland v. Cargill, in which the supreme court overturned ATF’s ban on bump stocks. The supreme court ruled that ATF violated its authority because a bump stock does not fit the definition of a “machine gun” under federal law. An important takeaway here is that […]
