This is courtroom footage of my oral argument in State v. Manuel. The issue before the court was was whether restoration of firearm rights paperwork had to be filed in multiple counties or if it could be filed in just one county. The Court of Appeals sided with me and ruled that restoration of firearm rights only needs to occur in one county and does not need to be filed in multiple counties.
