In this video, I discuss the Washington State Patrol WATCH report. I explain what it is, why you may want a copy of it, and I provide step-by-step instructions on how to order it. The WATCH report is WSP’s system for reporting criminal history information. Anyone can order their own report or someone else’s report with a name and date of birth. But the WATCH system is imperfect and there are some important limitations, which I also explain in the video.
