This is courtroom (videoconference) footage of my oral argument in Kincer v. State. The issue before the court was whether federal law preempts the restoration of firearm rights under Washington state law after a conviction for domestic violence. The Court of Appeals sided with me and ruled that federal law does not preempt the ability to restore firearm rights under Washington state law.
